"My husband and I recently returned from a vacation trip to Ireland. We stayed three nights a Cartron House Farm, also a charming B&B located in eastern County Galway.

We stayed in the cottage and found our roomy suite comfortable, clean and quiet with living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen and two en suite bedrooms. And was reasonably priced.

The Cartron House staff are incredible, Ann is undoubtedly the jolliest hostess in Galway.

Their outstanding meals are available with advance notice, so well prepared by Ann. Ann and her staff went 'way above and beyond' to make our stay unforgettable.

This area has lots of horse related activities. So we hired an Irish horse drawn gypsy caravan and toured quiet country lanes and Millenium Forest at a more leisurely pace, a great activity for families as well.
